No Ordinary Projects started as my personal and professional playground. It's still that. It's where I write, invest and facilitate - to find new ways to work and live together.
What I believe
That mostly, we don't need more. We need less that's in the way. That honesty is cheaper than most strategy. That a walk outside and a clear mind beats a slide deck nine times out of ten. And that play is not the opposite of serious, it's how serious gets done.
Where I come from
Fifteen years in and around companies, first inside them, then alongside them. A few hundred hours in rooms with teams. But most importantly, curious since 1986. I have a background in anthropology, a love for writing and a growing interest in regeneration: of people, of teams and of the places we depend on.
Who I work with
Independently, but certainly not alone. A small circle of valued facilitators, guides and thinkers who join when a programme asks for it.
