SkyTeam facilitates The Aviation Challenge (TAC), a global initiative connecting 200 change-makers to accelerate sustainable transformation within the aviation sector.

We were asked to reinvent the program for their annual two-day global conferences in Atlanta and Jeddah. The goal? Foster deep connection, empowerment, and cross-cultural trust while navigating a complex business reality.
