Leader-shizzle

Regenerative, conscious, connected, cyan. Adjectives on future leadership fly around fast. Do I really need to choose? Don't think so. They all promote permeable boundaries, illustrating the inclusive power of this bunch. So why draw hard lines in describing them?

Some commonalities:

• Reality is no longer black or white, but a range of grey tones on that very spectrum.
• Appreciation of value over profit. Moving from shareholder-first to serving the whole. Understood from the mind: we must create value to ensure profit. Understood from a deeper level: we are part of a living system, in which the intrinsic quality of every element impacts the quality of the whole. Therefore leadership is as much about nurturing as it is about structuring.
• Wholeness is key. Yes, it's about re-integrating the mind with the body. Only then you'll be able to connect to a VOCA reality and take your lead towards inclusive prosperity.

Leadership is both/and, not either/or.

My conclusion on this sunny Friday: combining facts and intuition, rationality and spirituality, performance and play. Great outcome for someone who is not a fan of choosing.
