Over the past years, the village of St. Anton am Arlberg has become my second home. Now it’s time to open the door and invite you in, to share the magic that lives in these mountains.
Because there’s something powerful about stepping away from the everyday. About challenging yourself, stepping into complete freedom, and deeply reconnecting to yourself along the way.
Off the beaten track
Set against the winter landscape of St. Anton am Arlberg, we facilitate space for the breakthroughs that rarely happen at the office.
Therefore, Moving Mountains is a transformative offsite for those leadership teams who want to go beyond the traditional format of talking strategy all day and do something fun together, while nothing really changes.
Our take? If you’re taking valuable time away from the business, it should have a lasting impact on how you function as a team.
That’s why we offer an engaging team development program, making full use of all that the mountains have to offer. Suitable for everyone attending, but yes - there is also room for winter sports and a sneaky apres ski.
Think of it as a development journey that also feels like a reward, or an incentive with real substance.
