CollaborationTerms and Conditions
Working Together with No Ordinary Projects B.V.
We believe great work starts with clarity and trust. Below you’ll find the practical agreements that help us create a smooth, safe, and impactful experience together.
1. Our Commitment
We design and deliver our programs with care, attention, and professionalism. Whether indoors or outdoors, we aim to create meaningful experiences that support leadership growth, team development, and real transformation.
Where relevant, we collaborate with trusted partners such as guides, facilitators, and venues. We choose these partners carefully and work closely with them to ensure quality.
2. Working with External Partners
Some parts of a program may be delivered by external specialists (for example, mountain guides or activity facilitators). While we take care in selecting the right people, each partner remains responsible for their own execution.
3. Safety and Participation
Some of our programs include outdoor or experiential elements that naturally involve a level of physical activity and unpredictability.
We ask all participants to:
follow the guidance and instructions provided;
take responsibility for their own actions and well-being;
be mindful of others and the environment.
If needed for safety or group dynamics, we may decide that a participant cannot continue in (part of) the program. We always aim to handle this with care and respect.
4. Health and Readiness
Participants are expected to assess whether they are physically and mentally able to take part in the program.
If there are any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may be relevant, we ask that these are shared with us in advance so we can take them into account where possible.
5. Liability
We take our responsibility seriously and do our work with care.
If something does go wrong due to a clear shortcoming on our side, our liability is limited to the value of the program (or what is covered by our insurance, if higher).
We cannot accept responsibility for:
indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of business);
loss or damage to personal belongings;
situations arising from the inherent nature of the activities involved.
This does not apply in situations where liability cannot legally be limited, such as in cases of intentional misconduct or personal injury.
6. Insurance
We recommend that participants (or their employer) arrange appropriate insurance, such as travel, medical, and cancellation coverage, especially for offsite or international programs.
7. Investment and Payment
To secure your booking:
30% of the total fee is invoiced upon confirmation;
the remaining 70% is due 14 days before the start of the program.
8. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling (by Client)
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to stay flexible where possible.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel:
more than 8 weeks before the start: 30% of the fee
3–8 weeks before the start: 50% of the fee
less than 3 weeks before the start: 100% of the fee
Participants can be replaced at any time, as long as we’re informed in advance.
Rescheduling
If you would like to move a confirmed program to a new date, the following applies:
more than 2 weeks before the start: 15% rescheduling fee
between 1 and 2 weeks before the start: 30% rescheduling fee
within 1 week before the start: 50% of the program fee
These fees reflect the preparation, coordination, and capacity already reserved for your program.
Rescheduling is possible once per booking. Any additional changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking under the terms above.
We will always aim to find a new date that works well for all involved.
9. Changes or Cancellation (by Us)
In rare situations, we may need to adjust or cancel a program—for example due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If this happens, we will:
communicate as early and clearly as possible;
offer a suitable alternative or rescheduling option;
or provide a (partial) refund where appropriate.
We cannot cover additional costs such as travel or accommodation booked separately.
10. Your Role as Client
To help us deliver the best possible experience, we rely on timely and accurate information from you—such as participant details, goals, and any relevant context.
11. Respect for Nature
For outdoor programs, we ask all participants to respect the environment and follow local guidelines. We aim to leave every place as we found it—or better.
12. Unforeseen Circumstances
Sometimes events occur that are outside anyone’s control (such as extreme weather, travel disruption, or government measures). In such cases, we’ll work together to find the best possible solution.
13. Privacy
We handle personal data with care and in line with applicable data protection laws. More details are available in our privacy policy.
14. Legal
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
15. Order of Precedence
If specific terms are agreed in a proposal or written agreement that differ from these general terms, the terms in the proposal or agreement will prevail.
All other provisions of these terms and conditions remain fully applicable.
If you have any questions about how we work, we’re always happy to talk things through on forehand.
